Pakoda Platter
Ingredients :
1 no - Potato
Make a Potato Slice With the Help of Slicer
Batter
Take a Big Bowl and add
3 Cup - Besan
1/2 Cup - Rice Flour
1/4 Cup - Corn Flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp - Chilli Flakes
1 tsp - Asafoetida ( Hing )
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/4 Cup - Corainder Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
1 tbsp - Carom Seeds ( Ajwain )
Add Water and Whisk Properly and add Water Slowly
male a thick Batter
From above Batter Remove
1/3 Cup - Above Batter
and Keep aside
and Rest Batter add More Water and Make Semi thick batter and Whisk Properly
Take a Kadhai and add Oil for Frying from that add
2 tbsp - Hot Oil
in the batter and Mix Properly and Keep aside
Take a Dry Cloth and Put above Potato Slice and Dry Properly with the help of cloth and keep in the bowl
Aloo Pakoda
1 cup - Potato Slice
Take batter and check the consistency ,it should be Coat the spoon and Fry the Potato Slice till Crisp and Keep aside
Mirchi Pakoda
3 no - Green Bajji Chilli Big ( Make 3 Long Slice )
3 no - Red Bajji Chilli Big ( Make 3 Long Slice )
Salt to taste
1/2 no - Lemon Juice
Mix Properly and Keep aside for 2 Hours and Deep in the batter and Remove extra batter and Fry till Golden
Onion Pakoda
1 no - Onion Slice
From above batter make a Onion Pakoda
Sprinkle Some Chaat Masala
Banana Pakoda
1 no - Banana
Remove Skin and Cut the Slant Slice and deep into batter and fry till golden
Now Rest batter add
1/4 Cup - Cornflour
little Water and check and add salt and mix properly
Palak Pakoda
10-15 no - Medium Palak Leaves
Take a Palak Leaves ,Clean Properly and take a medium leaves
From above batter ,Fry 2 times and Make Crispy Pakoda
Corn n Paneer Pakoda
1 cup - American Sweet Corn
1/2 no - Green Capsicum medium Size
50 gm - Paneer Cube medium Size
1 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
add in the rest batter and Mix Properly
1 tbsp - Green Chilli Ginger Paste
1/2 Cup - Onion Chopped
Mix all together
if batter is thin then add
1/4 Cup - Besan
Check Salt and mix
1 tbsp - Hot Oil
Mix Properly and Make a Medium Size Pakoda
Fry 2 times for Crispy Pakoda
Mix Bhaji Pakoda
Take a above Thick batter ( 1/3 )
1/2 Cup - Palak Chopped
1/2 Cup - Fresh Methi Chopped
1/4 Cup - Fresh Green Garlic Chopped
1/4 Cup - Green Chillies Chopped
1 tbsp - Ginger Grated
1/4 Cup - Corainder Leaves Chopped
1+1/2 tbsp - Whole Dry Corainder + Black Pepper Coarse
Salt to taste
Mix Properly
1 tbsp - Hot Oil
1/4 tsp - Cooking Soda
1/2 no - Lemon Juice
Mix Properly then Make a Pakoda in Slow to Medium Flame
For Crispy Pakoda Fry all Pakoda 2 times
Serve all Pakoda with Chutney
