How I fuel a sprint triathlon

I recently race my first triathlon of the year - a local sprint triathlon. I had heaps of fun and it was so good to race again! I thought I would do this video as a bit more of a personal video to run through how I approach nutrition for a sprint triathlon so you can get inside my mind.

Hopefully you'll be able to learn some fuelling tips for a sprint triathlon and can use it if you race one yourself!

Triathlon nutrition is super important and hopefully I can teach you to fuel yours to help you race as fast as possible! Whether this is your first triathlon and you're someone who needs beginner triathlon tips, or a grizzled veteran looking to improve your time, this video should help you out. Nutrition for a triathlon doesn't have to be scary, so these sprint triathlon tips should help you out :)
