I experimented with the Minecart and Rails. Added some faster Gold Redstone Powered rails. I decided to use redstone torches next to it, instead of levers. I noticed how slow the minecart was going, even with powered rails. I remember in the 360 version the carts would go so fast! If this is what they are in modern minecraft, I won't use them. I continued smelting Iron, and used most of the material to build extra Anvils. A glitch happened around the 12:24 mark.

Basically what happens there's an invisible item in my inventory messing it up. When that is there, it looks like an open slot in the inventory. So when I use the anvil to apply the enchantment, it doesn't work, makes the noise though and wears down on the anvil. Eventually that missing item re appeared in my inventory. When the glitch happens, I can use every slot in my inventory but that one (wherever the invisible item is).
