In today's video I will be unboxing the Paradox Power Universes Beyond Doctor Who Commander precon. This deck suggests using The Thirteenth Doctor paired with Yasmin Khan as the generals and it appears to follow some type of counters and playing cards from places other than your hand theme going by what the Commander and the companion do.
