Ingredients
Top Round Steak 500 Gr. (4 steaks)
Two Eggs
Milk 30 Ml.
Garlic 2 cloves
Parsley as needed
Salt 1 Tsp.
Pepper to taste
Breadcrumbs 300 Gr.
Pizza Sauce 200 Gr. (or Tomato Puree)
Mozzarella Cheese 150 Gr.
Oregano to taste

*Quantities for about 4 Milanese.
