Withholding themselves from others due to feeling vulnerable and defective, they can also feel disdainful and exempt from ordinary ways of living. They typically have problems with melancholy, self-indulgence, and self-pity. At their Best: inspired and highly creative, they are able to renew themselves and transform their experiences."

Note: This video is not a statement that every character shown is 100% a Type Four. Most are fictional creations and might have characteristics of multiple Enneagram types that a real person would never have. Rather, it's a montage of characters acting in a specific way in a specific scene that demonstrates some attributes of an Enneagram Type Four.
