O.R.C.A. (Organic* Rigid Coreboard Antistatic) Moisture Defense Technology

Kronospan created a product that combines the best of both worlds SPC and LVT: laminate and waterthight floor coverings. The new product name ist O.R.C.A. – Organic* Rigid Coreboard Antistatic. With O.R.C.A. technology we featured a material we have professionally and successfully worked with for the last 120 years and which we know best. We use more than 85 % wood plus organic additives to ctreate a product that is both organic* and water resistant. We even recommend this product for private bathrooms.

We at Kronospan are specialists in surfaces: We use our experience to create the most durable surface using DPL technology. It is not only enough to produce a board that is waterprotected, we have to make sure that standing water can’t go through the click connection easily. The solution for this challenge is called 1clic 2go pure – a new generation of click systems. An organic* board needs an organic* click. 1clic 2go pure solves even the hardest challenges. It is the tightest connection we could possibly think of. The secret ist to keep water on top of the surface oft he board in order to let it evaporate naturally. We call this effect Moisture Defense Technology. In case water does penetrate the board – no worries because O.R.C.A. will solve the challenge.
