Beef Curry Stir-fry is a great dish to add to your table for lunch or dinner. The taste and texture itself would be up for grabs. the key ingredient to the texture is the marinating. Make sure to Marinate for approx. 5-15 mins before cooking it.
For the Garam masala - for better burst of smell and flavor, roast it for 3-5 mins before grinding it into powder.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. of Beef (stir fry cut)
1 1/2 tbsp. mince Garlic
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Chili
1/2 tbsp. Ginger
Garam Masala (see below for ingredients)
1 stick Currey leaves (7-10 leaves)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Mushroom Sauce
1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
1 med size Carrot stir fry cut (1/4 inch size in thickness otherwise it will melt away)
1 med size Onions
1 Roma Tomato - chopped
Salt to Taste

Garam Masala Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Cumin seed
1 tsp Mustard seed
5-6 Cloves or 1 tsp clove powder
3-4 Cardamom or 1 tsp Cardamom powder
3-4 pieces or 1 whole Star Anise
1/2 tsp Fennel seed
1 tsp Coriander seed
1 small Cinnamon stick or 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
