Before you come to me and comment that it’s not authentic because I’m using instant seasoning, yes, I can cook rendang from scratch, but no, I don’t have the time right now. Thank you ♥️
Ingredients:
• 2.1 kg beef chuck
• 3 packets of instant rendang seasoning
• 600 ml coconut milk
• 4 bay leaves
• 1 lemongrass stalk
Instructions:
1. Cut the beef into pieces and place it in the Instant Pot with all the other ingredients (rendang seasoning, coconut milk, lemongrass, and bay leaves).
2. Use the pressure cooker function for 15 minutes, then transfer the beef to a non-stick pan.
3. Cook until the oil separates and the rendang is ready to serve.
