This is an easy Dinuguan recipe.It is known Pork stew with pork blood..This is common Filipino dish or bisaya dish.This is how i cooked dinuguan bisaya version so tasty and very yummy.I hope this video of mine gives you some ideas on how to cooked dinuguan bisaya..

Ingredients:
2 pcs.Pork stomach/Tungol
2 kls.Pork Intestines
1 kl.Pork liempo cute into cubes
1 whole Pork Face/Mascara
2 kls.Fresh Pork blood
2 big Onion minced
6 cloves Garlic minced
8 pcs.Dry bay leaves
4 stalks Lemon grass/Tanglad
3 big Red bell pepper thin sliced
6 tablespoons Cooking oil
2 tablespoons Ground pepper
4 tablespoons Salt
2 cups Red Vinegar
2 liters boiled water
300 grams Sweet chili

Prep.time 30 mins.
Cooking time 60 mins.
Total time 1 and half hour or 90 mins.
Serving 15 to 20 person
