Making Japanese Curry Rice recipe from Scratch,S&B ORIENTAL CURRY POWDER!
It's so fregrant! You don't need to buy curry roux.

0:15 cut vegetables and meat

[Ingredients for 5 people ] ( 1tsp=5ml, 1tbsp=15ml)
200g Chicken thigh
300g onion
200g potato
100g carrot
40ml vegetable oil
700ml water
1tsp Japanese power stock Katsuo dashi
or (1tsp powder soup stock)
1tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
50ml milk(optional)
——curry roux——
40ml vegetable oil
4tbsp flour
2tbsp curry powder

[How to make]
1. cut vegetable and meat
2. stir fry vegetable and meat
3. add 700ml water and Japanese katsuo dashi powder
4. bring to boil and simmer for 20mins
---- making curry roux-----
5. put vegetable oil and flour into pan
6. very low heat, stir fry for 10mins and don't stop your hands
7. put frying pan onto wet tea towel
8. add curry powder and mix well

9. add soup into frying pan and mix well
10. add curry roux into pan and add sugar & salt
11 low heat ,simmer for 5mins, mix well
12. add milk (optional) and simmer for 5 mins more
13. done! eat with rice!

《Cooking tip》
add 50ml milk for creaminess
You can use any meat, for example chicken, lamp, pork, seafood or even tofu.
