Crans Montana is located on a sunny high plateau above the Rhone Valley in Switzerland. The two neighbouring resorts of Crans and Montana together form Crans-Montana, one of the great Valais holiday destinations in the Swiss Alps at 1500 metres above sea level.
Crans Montana embodies the amenities of a modern resort with the vast nature and panoramic views of the Swiss Alps. Golf has a long tradition in Crans-Montana: the 18-hole golf course with a wonderful view is located on the Crans plateau. The international elite meet here every year for a golf tournament. Five idyllic bathing lakes invite you to swim and there is a wide network of hiking trails including the spectacular Sounenweg. In the evening, you can end the day with a cosy fondue evening in one of the beautiful restaurants.
