It sits above Manitou Springs, CO at an altitude of 8400+ feet above sea level and an Alpine Subarctic climate due to the altitude. Many residents live in Woodland Park and still drive into Colorado Springs for working. Honestly the short 20-30 minute drive is worth it to live above the clouds.
