This is how I set myself up to do 100 cold calls a day to start booking walkthroughs for commercial cleaning contracts. Cold calling seems to be the best way to book walkthroughs for potential commercial cleaning jobs. This setup makes the whole outreach process efficient and organized.

I decided to have my virtual assistant start cold calling for me as well and she booked a walkthrough with a medical facility on her first day! Super stoked to keep up the volume of cold calling and at the very least - get emails from the leads I'm calling. Most people say they don't need the service but doesn't mean they won't need it one day. I'm confident these contracts are gonna push me closer to that $50k/mo goal for my cleaning business.
