This is part1 of my nine-day Paria Plateau backpacking adventure where I spend 1.5 days wandering down the sinuous canyon and its dark, cave-like narrows. Along the way I visit Wire Pass, The Cesspool, The Rockfall, and end at the Buckskin/Paria Confluence.
