Important note: cloudpanel doesn't offer any email hosting so you cannot send or receive any emails with just cloudpanel, usually with vps email ports are blocked by service provider so wordpress system emails like forms, password reset will also not work.

You can use any email provider like zoho, google workspace, microsoft 365 or any other email provider. And SMTP for wordpress essential system emails.
