Come and join us as we guide you through the maze of cooking gear we use and some we have thought about using. Looking at the pros and cons of each. Cambodian Chicken: Mix 1.5 tbsp red curry paste, 1/2 tsp Tumeric, 1/3 can coconut milk. Add 4-6 chicken thighs (skin off), and mix in sauce. Add 1 tsp lemongrass paste, 1/2 tsp Cardamon pwdr, 2 tsp chicken stock pwdr and a squeeze of lime juice. Slow cook for 4-5 hrs? It's nice with shredded coconut stirred through at the end
