In the second episode of our rescue operations series we join the mountain rescue Upper Austria team as they carry out a terrestrial rescue mission. The team responds to a call for help at the multipitch route “Kreuzkante” on “Hohes Kreuz” near Grünau im Almtal, Austria. A 28-year-old climber has fallen while lead climbing and sustained a knee injury.
