This simple recipe of Jamaican Ackees & Saltfish Loaf is actually quite easy but really delicious!

Ingredients
Dough Recipe
3 cups flour
1 cup warm milk or water (milk of choice)
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Filling Recipe
2 -3 cups cooked Ackee (or 1 Tin)
1 cup cooked mince salted fish
1 cups finely chopped onions & garlic
(tomatoes & bell peppers, fresh thyme and hot pepper)
2-3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp black pepper

Bake @350 for about 25-30 minutes
