How’d I do that contest.

I had to match a stripe within a Laguna painted set.
I thought it was pretty cool what I used so I decided to do this contest to see if anyone can guess what I used to achieve the effect
This was a factory painted set by Harley-Davidson.
Upon looking closely at it, I’m guessing this is actually a water transfer type decal that was applied.
Then clearcoated over. I still had to match the colors, stripe, and effect of the factory set best as possible.

Take a look at the EFFECT within this Harley stripe
Guess what I used as the ‘stencil’ to create this effect.
(IMPORTANT. Only guess at what was used to create the effect! Not the colors.)
Once I used these (or this) to ‘block out’ the areas, I airbrushed the edges.

A very short video will be posted showing how I achieved this effect
