My Calico Cat COTTON Died From UTI and Ruptured Bladder

This is a tribute video for my rescue calico cat Cotton. She is my baby girl and to her, I was always her mama cat. Cotton is special above the others because she is so clingy and polite and softspoken. She's like a ragdoll and docile.

Cotton had 99% chance of survival even if she suffered infections from virus and UTI. She had bladder blockage during her last three days. I should have insisted on plugging a catheter in the first place, her death would have been prevented.

It still pains me to remember that her bladder ruptured because of me. If I took her to the clinic that morning of her death, she would have been home and recovering by the evening. But no, I waited until the evening and her bladder was big and hard by that time. There was no clinic that evening and had I waited until next morning, maybe the bladder wouldn't have ruptured, maybe it might. But had I not tried to 'express' her bladder, it wouldn't have ruptured. It was all my fault and I'm miserable!

Cotton, I'm really sorry for causing this. I wish you were still here with me for a few more years!!!
