2 cups Shedded and drained zucchini
3 Eggs
1/2 med onion chopped
1-2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup cheese
1 cup flour or bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a larg skillet over Med High Heat

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated

Grease the skillet and add about 1/4 c of zucchini mixture to the pan. Flatten and cook until it starts to set up slightly (about 2 minutes)
Flip and brown the other side.

Remove from heat sever or let cool and store in the fridge
