1. Banana mixture
2.2lb [1Kg] Peeled Nam Wah Bananas
1/4 cup [40g] Rice Flour
1/4 cup [40g] Tapioca Starch
3 Tbsp Sugar
2/3 cup [185ml] Coconut Milk
Shredded Coconut
1/2 tsp Salt

2. Coconut Cream for topping
1Cup [250ml] Coconut milk
1Tablespoon Sugar
1/4tsp Salt
3 Pandan leaf
1Tablespoon Tapioca starch

3. Ingredients for topping
1 Tablespoon roasted white sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon roasted black sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon roasted peanuts
