This show was at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FL on June 10, 2017. We were around 10-12 rows back. This concert featured The Box Tops, Chuck Negron of Three Dog Night, The Association, The Cowsills, Ron Dante of the Archies, and the Turtles.

Of note: This was the last tour that the great Howard Kaylan (Eddie) from the Turtles was part of. I read online that he was advised by his doctors to quit touring due to multiple health concerns and surgeries.

My opinion: I swear since Howard's departure from the tour, Mark Volman was never the same. I'm sure he misses this person that he has such a long history with. Even though Ron Dante (who after this point is on the tour as a 'Turtle') is amazing, it's just not the same. I can see a difference from then and now. Or maybe Mark Volman is just a comedic genius and he is trolling us all!

God bless them all. I really hope they keep doing this tour for many more years to come.
