Ventured out to Hollansburg to hear their bolt that does a 6 minute test for some reason lol. Super fun and super loud like usual. Something interesting y'all might find if you don't already know, this bolt was originally in Arcanum which we still haven't figured out exactly where they got there thunderbolts from, but yeah theres an interesting fact. The video came out pretty damn good we think and we just hope y'all think the same! Enjoy!!

There's a little story that I want to tell though for any thats interested in some Greenville siren history.
A couple days before we left I (Dominic) was looking through some old articles about Greenvilles sirens. We know mostly everything about Greenvilles system but I noticed that one of the locations wasn't directly replaced by a 2001, that being a siren specified to be at Royal oak Dr. I got curious and decided to look on street view to see if there were maybe any remnants and there turned out to be a pretty fresh looking Model 5T in the middle of the neighborhood! buuut the street view was from a decade ago so we knew what we had to do after Hollansburg.
So after Hollansburg we decided to just go there an see for ourselves if it was really still there and to our surprise, it was still there and looked beautiful. So anyone in or near Greenville a that likes to do siren photography I highly suggest you go to this thing because the lighting is impeccable!

Darke County tests their sirens on the first Monday of the month at noon.
