Purani yado par behad muskurate hai
Chalo aaj aapko school ka safar karwate hai
Wo din yaad hai jab hum pehli bar school jate hai
Baste mein sirf ek copy
Magar aankho mein ansuon ka sailab lekar jate hai

Ghar ki kitni yaad aati hai
Par waqt ke sath aadat ban jati hai
Dosti ka matlb pta nahi hota par dost ban jate hai
Padhne ka man kiska hota hai
Hum toh masti karna chahte hai
Dekhte dekhte saal guzrte hai
Or hum kaksha paanch tak phunchte hai
Ab hum bade bache ho gaye hai
Khud ko esa sochte hai, nadaniyan kitni karte hai
Hum shrarti hote jate hai
Kuch isi tarah hun 6th class mein aa jate hai
Jaise jaise classes badhti hai
Masti badhti jati hai
School ke un dino mein ab ghar ki yad hi kaha aati hai
Sports wala period recess wali masti
Free period mein antrakshri aur chor sipahi wali parchi
7th nikalne ke baad 8th mein jab aate hai
Hum iss class tak toh kafi ghamand mein aa jate hai
Arey ab hum bache thodi rahe
Toh shrartein bhi next level hoti hai
Subh jaldi aakar exchange desk aur chair hoti hai
Badi classes ke sath pange bakhubi hum karte hai
Chawk aur duster ke liye kitna hum ladte hai
9th class ki toh yar baat hi alg hai
Pange karne mein expert ho jate hum sab hai
Class mein shor karna ho ya functions par chair uthani ho
Wo school function mein participate chahye dholak hi bajani ho
Sab bahane thy classes na lagane ke
Teacher jab puchte thy hum toh keh dete thy
Mam function ki tyari karne jana hai
Par mam ko kaha tha pta tha humein toh dosto ke sath kimati samay gawana hai
Yar dosti un dino khas ho gayi thi
Ek apnepan ka ehsas ho gayi thi
Ab isi ehsas ke sath 10th mein jab jate hai
Ye board wale exam kitna dimag khate hai
Khair fir bhi masti thi zindagi hasti thi
Darr dar ke mahaul mein hamne wo 10th class pass ki thi
Magar 10th wale dost bichad jaise gaye
Hum farewell ke baad jab streams mein bant gaye
11th ki class mein starting mein toh kuch samjah nahi aa raha tha
Ye streams ka panga hai kya, sab upar upar se jaa raha tha
Par zindagi thode dino mein track par aa gayi
Kuch naye dost bhi bane
Kuch purano ki yari bhaa gayi
Ab masti bahot hoti thi
Khyal bunk ke bhi aate thy
Chahye jaisi bhi ho situation hum behad muskurate thy

Aur yaad wo school trip kitni mast nikali thi
Wo school wali bus jaha apni apni seat thi
Us seat par jab koi or bethta tha
Dimag ek dum garm ho jata tha
Aur yaad hai wo barsat ke din
Jab chata school bhul jata tha
Kitni dafa lade kitni dafa ek dusre ko staya humne
Magr fir bhi agle din sab bhulaya humne wo
Ladaiyan un dino bahot nahi tikati thi
Aur yaad hai 12th class mein kitni sari masti ki
Nahi shuruat mein toh excited thy ki ab school life end par hai
Par kisko malum tha ki ab toh enjoyment hi khatam hai
Masti uss class mein bhi bahot ki
Humne wo board wali class ki
School life ka sabkuch yaad aaya jis din hui wo Farwell party
Wo dost jinse bichde wo aaj tak yaad aate hai
Socha tha milenge after school par ye sab jhuthi batein hai
Khair beet gayi so baat gayi
Par iss school life ki na kabhi yaad gayi
