Peanuts - 225g / 1 ½ cup
Jaggery - 300g
Grated coconut - 2 ½ handful
Cardamom powder - as per taste
Water - 1 glass
Ghee - 1 tbsp

Hi everyone, today I am going to make delicious peanut laddoos..

First, we will need 1 1/2 cup of peanuts. If you can get your hands on non-roasted peanuts, you may use it and fry the peanuts in 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan until the peanuts turn crispy and fully fry.
Make sure to fry the peanuts on a medium flame so that the ghee does not burn..

Once the peanuts are fried, transfer it into a large jar of a mixer grinder and gently crush it, do not blend it for too long and make it into a fine powder or a paste.
Just crush it so that there are small pieces of peanuts still left.

Next, add 300 g of jaggery into the same pan with the leftover ghee, and melt it with a glass of water.

When the jaggery melts in the water, bring it to a boil and then add 2 1/2 handfuls of grated coconut and mix well.. next, add some cardamom powder to taste, a tablespoon of ghee and the crushed peanuts and give it all a good mix.

Keep in mind that the thinner the consistency of the jaggery syrup, the softer your laddus will be.. If you wait for the set up to get too sticky or waxy, your Laddoos will be harder when they cool down.

After mixing all the ingredients well together, cook it on a medium flame until all the water from the mixture evaporates and the mixture turns dry.

Once the mixture looks thick and dry, turn off the flame and let it cool down before you make small balls out of the mixture and serve..!!
