This kundalini yoga kriya - the kriya to release anger, fear & grief - goes some way to help us release them in a somatic way. May you shine bright in your truth, free from guilt, shame, anger, fear and grief.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
