Ingredients:
*250g of pasta(cooked)
*2 tablespoons of cream cheese
*3 chicken breasts
*A table spoon of:chicken spice,cayenne pepper,lemon&herb spice and curry powder
*half a onion (diced)
*half of yellow and green pepper
*table spoon of flour
*350ml of milk
*hand full of chopped spinach
*1 clove of garlic

Method:
1.mix the diced chicken breasts with the spices ,in a hot pan brown the chicken and remove from pan and set aside.
2.In the same pan fry your onions and peppers until they soft,then add your spinach and fry for 2min,then add your garlic and fry for another minute.
3.Add your cream cheese,flour,milk and add your chicken back in the pan
4.Mix well and let it simmer until the sauce has thickened then add your pasta AND YOU DONE😊
