Instrumental. This started as an idea during a walk in a woods in Tennessee with a friend; doing a song arrangement around the lifecycle of Witches Butter. Most of the photos and video is from that Tennessee visit, but thanks go to Mix-it and Pexels for a couple of clips. I would have had more photos of Witches Butter but had a little bit of an accident....

I didn't know that Witches Butter eat the fungus that breaks down the wood of dead trees, I always thought they did it, but obviously are still a good sign of decay in trees. You can eat them too. More info here...

I doubt you will be able to tell the lifecycle from the structure of this music, but suffice to say it covers spores, sexual and asexual reproduction and various other things. Yes, not all the fungi in the video is Witches Butter, but you use what you have. One picture is in there just because I like it!
