In this poem poet describes the beautiful scene over Lake Leman. He choose various objects of nature like sky,mountains,the lake etc.,call up feelings which haunt in mind of the poet .The storm of the human soul never finds response ( rest). The poet wonders whether physical storm finds any resting place. The poet wishes to express his thoughts and powerful feelings in words. But his circumstances are such that he cannot express them. How has ,therefore, to conceal his thoughts, just as a sheath conceals a sword.
