01:00 - Why we feel short of breath while we are on stage but we are always okay when we talk at home. Because when we are on stage for any reason it may be for speech, presentation, performance whatever it may be, we feel anxiety or nervousness but when we are at home we are relax & calm. You may be ask why other people do not stammer when they are in same situation as we are, because we have stammering memory & our brain recalls it when we anxious or feel fear & they lack of such memory.

02:23 - You may ask how should we breath.? through nose or through mouth when we are trying to overcome stammering / stuttering.? We should breath through nose unless we do not have any emergency situation like running, jogging or playing a sport. You can do the same if you are going on stage or for presentation or you are feeling fear or anxious.

03:46 - How to manage breath while speaking.? When you are trying to overcome stammering, or finding solution for stuttering forever then you must know this thing that you must focus on talking only. Do not focus on breathing. Do not think that when should I breath while inhaling or while exhaling. Focus only on speaking. If you do so you will find solution for stammering.

05:56 - Belly Breathing Or Deep Breathing.? Inhale through nose and let that air pass towards your stomach & exhale through nose.
