This is the first fly though of Fort Pike in Louisiana. It's an old Fort which is typically blocked off to the public at all times due to its deteriorating condition. So full environmental respect for this flight. There is an event on the outside grounds the day after so a few gates are left open for the organizers, and which the public is strangely no forbidden to visit.

This flight was the first I've ever done here and conditions were incredibly windy with gusts up to 18 knots. There are a few spots where the drone "stops" apruptly due to the collision avoidance being overly cautious. My next attepmt will be with the sensors turned off but when that will happen is anyone's guess due to the always closed-to-public nature.
