Materials:
- Folder - 1pc;
- Garland for 20 lamps, 2 m - 1 pc.;
- Glue 88 or liquid nails;
- Hot glue;
- Batteries - 2 pcs.;
- Hoop;
- a polyethylene bag.

Time:
It is done in two evenings. If you don't use liquid nails, you can do it in one evening. Provided all materials are available.
