Driving Test in Cannington. Become familiar with the area. This is a Free guide for learner drivers who intend to take a driving assessment in Cannington, Western Australia. Coming out of the first section of the car park, you must give way to pedestrians and cars from the right-hand side. When entering William Street, proceed with caution and don’t rely on other drivers indicators. Sometimes they are not turning. Judge their speed to know what the intention is. Be familiar with the driving test route before you take your PDA.
When you are approaching a level railway crossing, be sure you know what to do. Have plenty of practice. When forming one lane, indicate correctly and check your blind spot when merging. Use indicators accurately, check your rear view mirror and blind spot when overtaking parked vehicles on residential streets. William Street is 60 km per hour. William Street is easily identifiable by the two red strips. The speed limit on all residential streets is 50 km per hour unless stated otherwise. This video was taken at 3:30 PM on a weekday. Not busy traffic at all. Don’t get stranded in the middle of the yellow painted zone at level railway crossings. Make sure that the car in front of you clears the yellow area before you proceed. Be mindful of speed limits. Hire an instructor who knows the area and who has knowledge and experience.
