In this video, we build a hose arm to mount above the horse wash rack. The hose arm holds the hose up above the horses and makes for easy maneuvering. The pipe is 1-7/8 inches cut to 10 feet, 8 feet, and 5 feet. The collars are cut from 2 inch pipe with 1-1/2 by 1-1/2 by 1/8 inch angle iron for the brackets. We used a metal chop saw, a cutting wheel, a grinding wheel, a metal grinding tool on a die grinder, a drill press, and a welder to complete this build.
