In this video, I've explained the principle and procedure of western blot which is also know as immunoblotting. Western blot is a method to detect and analyse the protein of interest in the given sample.
Western blot technique follows 5 steps:
1. Protein Gel Electrophoresis (SDS PAGE)
2. Protein Transfer from gel to membrane
3. Blocking
4. Ab Probing
5. Detection
