In this video I talk about struggling with my faith while living with a mental illness. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2020 and since then it has been a long and arduous journey to find stability. I hope this video offers a sanctuary to anyone who has struggled immensely with their mental health and felt that it took them away from God. You are not alone in your experience. And you are not alone, for Allah says "and when my servants ask you about Me, then tell them I am near. I answer the call of every believer when they call upon me so let them also answer my call and believe in me so they may find rightful guidance" (2:186).
