I hope this video will shed some light on the whole Acting versus Logging PIC discussion that some of you have emailed me about this past week. For the sake of this discussion, make sure that you look at 61.31 and 61.51 of the regulations. These two sections will specifically discuss the acting part which would be 61.31 and the logging part which would be 61.51.
