This recipe for Roti or flatbread is half in carbs than the original recipe.It is very high in fiber and nutritious.
The carbs are approximately 8-10 per flatbread, which is a single serving, instead of 18-20 carbs in the whole wheat original version.
The calories are approximately 100 calories per flatbread.
