Kevin Hollasch hosts me on Prettyboy Reservoir in Maryland following an historically cold blast of arctic air, that featured hurricane force winds and wind chills in the negative teens. Fortunately, this was early winter, and the reservoir had not cooled off so much that we could not launch because of ice formation. Blade baits and heavy hair jig caught both largemouth and smallmouth.
