Many people are scared of snakes because they see them as aggressive animals. In this video we show how the timber rattlesnake, copperhead, and others react to being approached and even captured!

Snakes never want to bite people (even a rattlesnake!) and this is usually their last line of defense. But keep in mind that some snakes have deadly venom that they may use in self defense. You should never attempt to pick up or kill a snake that is potentially venomous.
