In this video I go over what's involved in modifying an existing custody or parenting time plan.*

What I mean is a plan that has already been signed off or order by the court. Over the years I've had several clients hire me because after they entered into an agreement and after the court answered orders about custody & parenting time, at some point, that person and their ex decided that a different plan was in the best interest of the child or children.

So they made an informal agreement that was not approved by the judge to start for example, having the person that owed child support to pay less.
