Yang saya bikin disini tidak secantik bikinan Rondut, kalian bisa check ig nya dan mungkin bisa bikin secantik hasil beliau😍
Sebagai pemula, bikin pola leopard nya itu memakan waktu, tetapi semakin sering bikin akan semakin cepat dan mungkin ada tehnik lebih mudah, jadi bila hasil pertama kurang bagus wajar saja ya, semangat bikin yang lebih bagus
Untuk rasa hasilnya lembut sekali dan lumayan enak, bila ingin lebih enak bisa di bikin chiffon keju, jadi tambahkan keju dalam adonan
Resep asli 7 telur, disini saya pakai 6 telur agar tidak luber

Leopard Chiffon
6 kuning telur
100ml santan kental
70ml minyak sayur
90 tepung beras
10gr maizena
10gr susu bubuk
Bahan B
6 putih telur
120gr gula pasir
1 sdm perasan jeruk lemon
1/6 sdt garam
Bahan C
1 sdt coklat bubuk
1 sdt coklat bubuk noir
Panggang suhu 150C api atas bawah selama 15 menit
Turunkan suhu 140C api atas bawah panggang lagi 45 menit

The original recipe is 7 eggs, here I use 6 eggs so it doesn't overflow

6 egg yolks
100ml thick coconut milk
70ml vegetable oil
90 rice flour
10gr cornstarch
10gr powdered milk
Ingredients B
6 white egg
120g granulated sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/6 tsp salt
Ingredients C
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp noir cocoa powder
Bake at 150C top and bottom fire for 15 minutes Lower the temperature to 140C top and bottom fire bake again for 45 minutes
