The X350 and X358 generation Jaguar XJ is easily one of my favourite Jag platforms I've driven, especially in supercharged 400 horsepower XJR form. But even in this more modest - and even more affordable - XJ8 trim, there is still a plethora of things to love about these XJ's.

From acres of space in the cabin and boot, to a superb air cushioned ride, to a clean and classy retro-modern design, and of course effortless performance, they really are fantastic cars for the money. But with this kind of bang for buck value, they are bound to start going up in price soon enough.
