Finishing the final 90 miles to complete my thru hike from Canada to Mexico along the 2,650 mile long Pacific Crest Trail! My mom and I head out from Elk Lake Resort to complete another 5 day section to (hopefully) finish up my fire miles!

Last year I had to skip only 90 miles of the PCT due to a forest fire burning dangerously close to the trail. It only felt right to bring my mom along, the person who taught me how to backpack, for these finals.

This is episode 21 of my SOBO (southbound) thru hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. In this episode my mom and I hike from Elk Lake Resort all the way to Willamette Pass, marking the official completion of my PCT long distance thru hike.
