Foster Clark's Dumpling Mix With Yeast helps yourself on making perfectly crispy golden,brown dumplings every time with dumpling mix, a ready,to,make recipe that contains everything you need to make dumplings quickly. Our dumpling mix is inspired by the traditional recipe for this favorite and prepared of the best quality wheat flour.

DIRECTIONS: Empty the sachet of Dumpling Mix and the 2 sachets of yeast into a bowl and blend well. Using a wooden spoon, stir 1/2 litre (2 cups) of warm water (40°C) through the mix until you have a smooth batter. Cover the bowl with a wet cloth and let the dough rise in a warm spot for about 45 minutes. Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer until it boils. Lift out the dough a little at a time with the aid of 2 wet teaspoons, and place carefully into the boiling oil and Fry until golden brown. Stand in a colander to drain. Serve warm with honey etc, to taste.
