In this video, I talk about the hiring process for how to become a big law attorney. The big law hiring process can be quite frustrating, especially for someone who attends a mid-tier or bottom-tier law school. Getting a big law summer associate spot is the best way to become a full-time associate immediately after school, but it is also very difficult as competition is fierce. But, with careful planning, you can increase your odds. I was able to land a big law job despite going to a mid-tier school, and hopefully this video can provide some useful insight for those trying to start as big law associates out of law school.
