This weekend, we decided to explore Kashmir, starting our journey from Islamabad at 5 a.m. We chose the Murree-Muzaffarabad route. The road conditions were quite good, the weather was romantic, and the scenery was eye-catching. We filled our car tank in Murree for 12,000 rupees, which was enough for both sides of the trip.

We aimed to reach Arang Kel in one go, trying to cover as much distance as possible. The off-road section starts from Kundal Shahi Valley to Arang Kel. Due to the bad road conditions, The journey took 14 hours. It was tough to drive the car continuously, but we managed it because of the good weather. we decided to stay at Sharda, the last point before Arang Kel. It was a good place, and the hotel we stayed at was in good condition.The room rent was 3,000 rupees, but you can find better options there as well.
