In this lunch time chat I talk about how the work here in the costal region of Northern California has gone from slow... to a complete stop. There are still hand fallers working in some places, but many of the guys I talked to this week were experiencing the same thing. They were either out of work... or about to be out of work. This is concerning to say the least and it is really unprecedented for so many hand fallers to be struggling to find work this time of year. For me personally, I plan on widening the net and making some calls farther out , to see if I can pick up some work out of the area.
I also talk about the new merch store on this channel and encourage you guys to check it out. I'm just getting started , so I don't really know what kinds of things you guys might want to see in the merch store. I am somewhat limited as to what I can put on there because I am working with a print on demand company and they only offer what they offer. That being said, I plan on getting some more useful items in the future. For example...after market dawgs, after market air filter kits... things like that.
